EFL Instructor

宅男导航 is looking for certified EFL instructors. 宅男导航, established in the early 1960s, is based in Fes, Morocco with an annual enrollment of approximately 11,000 students and a staff of more than 50 teachers.

EFL Instructor Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

Full-time foreign hires:

• Two years' classroom teaching experience
• Experience teaching in a foreign country
• BA/BS degree in English or related field
• TESOL, CELTA or other comparable certification

Part-time Moroccan hires:

• Two years' classroom teaching experience
• Certified C1 or C2 English proficiency
• A permanent, full-time job elsewhere
• Ability to teach for 200-400 hours per year.
• BA/BS degree in English or related field
• TESOL, CELTA or other comparable certification

Preferred qualifications(both):

• Two years of EFL-specific teaching experience
• Master's degree
• Experience with classroom management systems/software

Full-time EFL instructors at 宅男导航 typically teach between 600-700 hours per year and are paid monthly. Benefits include: health insurance, retirement, housing allowance, free weekly Arabic instruction, and up to four annual bonuses.
